Receiving Encrypted E-mails From PC-SPEZIALIST Hannover

We only send sensitive information in an email in encrypted form.
If you use encrypted e-mail communication yourself, you will receive our e-mail as usual.
No further action is required.

If you only use unencrypted communication, you will need a password to receive our encrypted mail.
Here we explain how this works:

1.) You will receive an e-mail from us with the following content

2.) Please click on the link under point 2 and assign a password

3.) You will then receive another e-mail from us informing you that you have changed your password.
We recommend that you save the password in your password manager (Enpass) so that you can continue to use it in the future.

4.) You will receive the actual e-mail for decryption
The content of the e-mail is attached in PDF format. The name of the file is Message.pdf.

Download the attachment, open this file and unlock it with the previously assigned password.
